pink wine

it’s good. tonight’s offering, with the salmon i was having for dinner, was sobon’s reZerve rose which was mighty tasty.

don’t think of icky white zin, which is basically kool-aid, but look for the dry blush wines, like the ones made in france & spain. some domestic places (like sobon, or bonny doon) do good ones, too.
